Ark: Genesis Part 2 release coming early June

All we have to say is: space dolphins

On Wednesday June 2, the ARK saga concludes with the launch of ARK: Genesis Part 2.

The expansion pack promises to be a narrative bridge between the current game and the recently announced sequel, ARK II.

Genesis Part 2 will introduce a massive contiguous world filled with mysterious new biomes, story missions and exotic creatures including the astrodelphis (a.k.a space dolphin), voidwyrm, maewing and shadowmane.

So ready for these adorable and terrifying little buddies.

The final expansion introduces new voiceover talent to the ARK universe with David Tennant (Doctor Who) who plays Sir Edmund Rockwell and Madeleine Madden (The Wheel of Time) who voices the in-game robotic AI companion HLN-A/Helena Walker.

This final showdown takes place on a massive colony ship traveling through deep space and players will need to tap into all their ARK experience to survive.

To celebrate the launch of the final chapter of ARK, Studio Wildcard is wrapping up all the current ARK content with a shiny ribbon into a definitive collection – the ARK: Ultimate Survivor Edition.

Haven’t explored the savagely beautiful world of ARK yet? The Ultimate Survivor Edition is available for all gaming platforms and is currently on sale until June 7.

This banger of a deal includes the main game with all the expansion packs: Scorched Earth, Aberration, Extinction and Genesis Parts 1 and 2
